  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because delicate decor requires precision, every single lamp undergoes a strict electronic safety and finish quality check within 1-2 business days before being securely dispatched. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a tracking link the moment your box leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship safely to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship via secure carriers to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

Are the lightbulbs or LEDs included with the lamps? Yes! To ensure you can experience your new ambiance the moment your package arrives, all applicable Mod Moondrop fixtures include the required premium energy-efficient LED bulb(s) or built-in LED modules right inside the box.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your home’s new vibe. If a lighting piece isn’t the absolute perfect fit for your space, we happily accept returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging and box within 30 days of delivery.

What if my lamp arrives broken or damaged? Fragile glass and fine metals require maximum protection, and we pack our products with extreme care. However, if the transit route was rough and your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@modmoondrop.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush a brand-new replacement to you immediately at zero extra cost.
